Gippsland Wedding Photography – Matthew & Belinda

Matthew & Belinda were married on 21 January 2017.  This gorgeous gippsland bride gives us an insight into her and Matthew’s relationship, how they met and the plans for their big day, see below:

Q. When and how did you meet? And what were your first thoughts?
A. We first met when we studied ‘Outdoor Recreation’ at TAFE in 2002,we became good friends and got along well. We always stayed good friends after we completed our course and only started dating in 2010. We now work and live together we are best friends
Q. When and how did the proposal take place and how did you feel?
A. The ring was hidden in a birthday present (show bridle for my show horse hank) we where both excited
Q. Where are you going on your honeymoon?
A. We will be touring the USA national parks in a campervan later in the year,
Q. What are your future plans together?
A. no plans just to be happy ever after and see what the future holds

Q. Where is your ceremony and reception being held and why did you choose these venues?
A. Grantville Lodge, we are live in managers at the site that is run as a school camp and group accommodation venue. Its a beautiful bush/farm property, We just love the site, it’s our home and workplace and we have such great memories we have created together at the site.
Q. What does your wedding dress look like? Please give a detailed description and also include any accessories including jewellery and shoes.
A. the dress is french lace in ivory it is an Allure Dress. I will be wearing pearl accessories and have rosegold rings.
The grooms ring is made rose wood.
Q. Do you have a Theme or style to your wedding? And if so, what is it?
A. Rustic
Q. Hair & Makeup – please describe what your hair and makeup is like and who the suppliers are.
A. Rebecca Jacob will be doing my hair, and make up style Melbourne will be doing all the make up and bridesmaides hair

Q. Florist – what are your flowers like & who is the supplier?
A. Flowers are a mix of blush roses, babies breath, cottage lavender, king proteas,and blue gum leavesBig twig florist and Geelong flower farm

Q. Wedding Favours & Cake – what are they like and who is the supplier?
A. Brent Sinclair. is making our cake it is a naked wedding cake white choc mud cake

Q. Transport – what mode of transport did you choose and who was the supplier?
A. We are using dual cab utes
Q. Food & Drink – what are they like and who is the supplier if not venue?
A. Brent Sinclair. Canapes and bowl food. beer and wine
