We captured some beautiful wedding photos in melbourne for Nick & Jess recently. But we will let the couple tell you all about it.
How did you meet?
Nick & I met through mutual friends 8 years ago while both out celebrating at the same venue; Jess her 19th birthday and Nick his work christmas break up. A week later we both spent New Years Eve with the same mutual friends at Phillip Island. Sparks flew at midnight & we have been inseparable ever since.
Where and how did the proposal take place?
Nick proposed on our 7 year anniversary on the 7/7/12 in Honolulu, Hawaii. We enjoyed a day of shopping & relaxing by the pool. Nick had organized a surprise dinner at Wolfgang’s restaurant. After dinner we went for a romantic walk along Waikiki Beach, out onto a rock pier that looked back along the city lights, we were admiring the view when to my surprise Nick proposed.
Where was your wedding held?
Our Wedding was held at Luminare in South Melbourne. A stunning new Loft style venue.
What was the Theme or Style?
The style of our wedding was Modern. Black, white, silver, charcoal with a touch of soft pink with lots of mirror & glass.
What was your favorite moment of your wedding?
Jess : My favorite moment of our wedding was walking down the isle to see Nick waiting for me at the end.
Nick : Watching Jess walk down the isle & having our photos taken in the CBD, with Lucas & Michael (videographer). We had alot of fun.
